Tips for Changing the Size of Paper to the Custom Size in Microsoft Word
Custom sizes and types of paper are set by the printer during the setup. The paper settings are entered by the user into the main page for setting up. The following sections will explain how to alter the settings for specific paper types or sizes:
o Set a custom paper width and type on the manufacturer’s setup page. Create a custom paper height with the driver for your printer. If the custom paper’s height exceeds 432 millimeters (17in) then you can utilize the back output tray to print instead of the standard tray. In the Print dialog box, select “Fit to” and then move the tray exactly to the location you would like your custom papers to be printed.
To change the width of the paper you want to print go to the tab called Printing Setup. Click “IKBS” under the section called “Printer Properties”. Click “slider” in the General section. By using the arrow keys, you can move the sliders to either the left or right.

A majority of printers let you open the menu of files by clicking on the “print” button instead of the ” Printing” button.
